What do I have to do to prepare my house for your technicians’ arrival?
Please tidy up your cleanable rooms. Your furniture’s (reasonably not too heavy ones for 2 man) will be moved around, cleaned underneath and then replaced back by our technicians, but please help them to save time by making the rooms available to start cleaning straight on arrival. (No children toys, books or any other small items on the carpet please). Please remove the bed clothes if you ordered our mattress cleaning services.
Will all stains be removed?
Every effort will be taken to remove stains; however no guarantee can be given for complete stain removal. Some stains such as food colourings, cosmetic preparations, etc may cause permanent colour change to the fibres. All spills and stains should be treated as quickly as possible to help prevent permanent staining. The longer the stain remains on the carpet or fabric, the more difficult it will be to remove. The result of a stain removal process is not only depends on your Technician, the effort he makes or the chemical he uses, but carpet fibres can react differently. As a result the same stain might not be possible to remove from one carpet, while it is easily coming out from another.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The quote you get is the price you’ll pay (given that you want to have cleaned what you ordered when quoted).
Can we walk on the carpet straight away or does it have to be left for drying?
It is better to leave it to dry, but we appreciate that we can’t keep out of our homes for hours. The technicians will leave your carpet dry enough to walk on straight away. Please keep in mind that you still have to wear clean shoes until it dries out completely.
